General terms of sale
Version in force of 20 October 2026Read the French version, which prevails
Version of 20 October 2026. This is a translation of the French general terms of sale (« Conditions générales de vente »); the French version prevails, subject to article 5.
These general terms of sale (the "Terms") apply to any order placed on the Aurine website (https://aurine.nexoraapp.fr). They can be printed or saved at any time from this page; a copy is attached to the confirmation email for each order.
1. Seller identification
The products offered on the Aurine website are sold by [to be completed] (the "Seller"):
- registered office: [to be completed];
- registration: [to be completed];
- VAT (EU VAT number or VAT exemption): [to be completed];
- telephone: [to be completed] (standard-rate call);
- email: contact@aurine.shop.
Aurine is a brand operated by [to be completed], [to be completed], [to be completed]. The Seller alone is liable to the Customer for the proper performance of the contract, including where the products are prepared and shipped directly by its suppliers or by carriers (article L221-15 of the French Consumer Code).
2. Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern distance sales of products concluded between the Seller and any natural person acting for purposes outside his or her trade, business, craft, profession or farming activity (the "Customer"). The Customer declares that he or she is of age and has legal capacity to contract, or is acting with the consent of his or her legal representative.
Before paying, the Customer reads the Terms and accepts them by ticking the box provided for this purpose. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date of the order: their version is recorded with the order. Use of the website (customer account, reviews, wishlist) is governed by the terms of use.
3. Products and availability
The essential characteristics of each product (description, materials, dimensions, capacity, shipping origin, safety information and manufacturer) are given on its product page, together with its price and delivery time. Photographs are as faithful as possible; the description is authoritative.
Offers are valid as long as they are displayed on the website, while stocks last. If a product turns out to be unavailable after the order, the Customer is informed by email without delay and the corresponding amount is refunded no later than 14 days after payment. No substitute product is sent without the Customer's express consent. The rest of the order is delivered, unless the Customer prefers to cancel it entirely.
4. Prices
[to be completed] For products shipped from a country outside the European Union, import VAT and customs duties are not included in the price and may be collected on delivery (article 8). Any delivery costs are added to the price of the products. Standard delivery costs €4.90 per order; it is free for orders of €49.00 or more. The total amount payable, including delivery costs, is shown in the cart and on the payment page, before the order is confirmed.
The price invoiced is the one displayed at the time of the order. Amounts displayed in a currency other than the shop's currency are given for information only; the amount charged is the one shown in the summary before payment. No fee is charged for any means of payment. Any announced price reduction indicates the reference price, i.e. the lowest price applied during the 30 days preceding the reduction (article L112-1-1 of the French Consumer Code). The conditions of promotional codes (amount, period of validity, minimum purchase amount, excluded products) are specified with each offer.
5. Ordering, languages and archiving
The Customer places an order by following these steps:
- he or she adds the chosen products to the cart;
- he or she checks the details of the order in the cart (products, options, quantities, unit prices, delivery costs, delivery deadline and total) and can modify the order or correct any input error at any time;
- he or she reads the Terms and the information on the right of withdrawal, and accepts them by ticking the box provided;
- he or she is directed to Stripe's secure payment page, where he or she enters or corrects contact details and delivery address, then confirms the order by clicking the payment button, which constitutes an order with an obligation to pay;
- he or she receives, without delay, an email acknowledging receipt of the order and confirming it, with its summary, the accepted Terms and the withdrawal form.
The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed. The Seller may refuse an order in the event of an earlier unresolved dispute with the Customer, a serious suspicion of fraud or a destination that is not served; no amount is then charged, or it is refunded in full.
The contract may be concluded in French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Hindi, Arabic and Russian. The French version of the Terms prevails; however, the version in the language of the order applies if it is more favourable to the Customer.
The Seller archives the contract (order and accepted version of the Terms) on a reliable and durable medium for 10 years from delivery (articles L213-1 and D213-1 of the French Consumer Code). The Customer can access it at any time from his or her account, from the order tracking page or on simple request to contact@aurine.shop.
6. Payment
The price is payable when ordering, by bank card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay depending on the methods offered on the payment page, via the secure Stripe platform (3D Secure authentication if required by the bank). Payment details are entered directly with Stripe: the Seller never has access to them. The order is only confirmed once payment has been authorised.
7. Delivery
The Seller delivers to the following destinations: France, European Union, and rest of the world (excluding Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria and Cuba, which are subject to restrictive measures). The countries served are listed on the payment page.
Products are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 3 working days, then shipped with tracking, generally in 5 to 10 working days; a product shipped from its supplier's warehouse may have its own delivery time, shown on its product page. Before the order, the cart shows the delivery deadline, calculated from the longest delivery time of the products ordered: the Seller undertakes to deliver by that date at the latest. If no date is indicated, the Seller delivers no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded (article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code). An order of several products may be delivered in several parcels; a tracking number is sent by email for each one.
In the event of late delivery, the Customer may, by email or by post, require the Seller to deliver within a reasonable additional period; if delivery does not take place within that period, the Customer may terminate the contract by email or by post. The Customer may terminate the contract immediately if the Seller refuses to deliver or if the delivery date was an essential condition of the contract for the Customer (articles L216-6 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). The Seller then refunds all sums paid no later than 14 days after termination.
The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to the Customer when the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer, takes physical possession of the products (article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code). A parcel that is lost or arrives damaged is therefore re-sent or refunded by the Seller, without the Customer having to make any claim against the carrier or the supplier; no reservation with the carrier is required for this purpose.
8. Import duties and taxes
For parcels shipped from a country outside the European Union, import VAT, customs duties and the carrier's clearance fees may be charged to you on delivery, including within the European Union; the parcel's origin is shown before you order.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes (VAT, GST…) and clearance fees charged by the destination country are not included in the price: they are payable by the Customer, as recipient of the parcel, and collected by the carrier or the authorities of that country. The Customer is invited to check with the authorities of his or her country before ordering. A parcel refused on these grounds is treated as a withdrawal (article 9).
9. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than those provided for below (articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). This period runs from the day on which the Customer, or a third party other than the carrier designated by the Customer, takes physical possession of the product; for an order of several products delivered separately, from receipt of the last one. The Customer may withdraw for all or some of the products ordered.
How to withdraw. The Customer informs the Seller of his or her decision before the period expires:
- online and free of charge, using the Withdraw from the contract here function, available without an account from the footer of every page of the website, the customer account, order tracking and the confirmation email: the Customer enters or confirms his or her name, the order, the products concerned and the email address at which to receive the acknowledgement of receipt, then confirms by clicking "Confirm withdrawal". An acknowledgement of receipt is sent without delay by email, with the content of the statement and the date and time it was sent;
- or by any other unambiguous statement, in particular by email to contact@aurine.shop or by post to [to be completed], where appropriate using the model form below, whose use is optional.
Returning the products. The Customer returns the products to the following address: [to be completed], without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating his or her decision. The direct cost of returning the products is borne by you. The Customer is only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning: he or she may examine them as in a shop. The original packaging is not a condition for the return; it is only recommended to protect the products in transit.
Refund. The Seller refunds all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs (up to the cost of standard delivery), no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal. The refund is made using the means of payment used for the order, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another means, and at no cost to the Customer. The Seller may withhold the refund until it has received the products back or until the Customer has supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is the earliest (article L221-24). In the event of partial withdrawal, the refund covers the products returned; the initial delivery costs are refunded when the withdrawal covers the entire order.
Exceptions. In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
- goods made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised (engraving, first name, creation made to order);
- goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- goods unsealed by the Customer after delivery that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons: the right of withdrawal is only lost if the sealed packaging has been opened.
The products concerned are flagged on their product page and in the cart before the order, then mentioned again in the confirmation email.
10. Legal guarantees
The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the products under the conditions of articles L217-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, and for hidden defects under the conditions of articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code; it is liable itself, including where the product was shipped directly by a supplier. To make a claim under a guarantee, the Customer writes to contact@aurine.shop, if possible with a photo of the defect: the Seller explains the procedure and pays the costs of returning the defective product. Reporting a defect quickly speeds up its handling but is never a condition of the guarantee.
11. Commercial guarantee
No commercial guarantee or "satisfied or your money back" offer is provided in addition to the legal guarantees, unless otherwise stated on a product page. Such a guarantee would then be set out in writing, specifying its content, procedure, duration, territorial scope and the identity of the guarantor, without prejudice to the legal guarantees.
12. Customer service and complaints
Customer service handles questions and complaints by email at contact@aurine.shop, by telephone on [to be completed] (standard-rate call) or by post at [to be completed]. The Customer should state his or her order number. Every written complaint receives a reply as soon as possible.
13. Consumer mediation and dispute resolution
If a dispute is not resolved after a written complaint to the Seller, the Customer may use, free of charge, the consumer mediator to which the Seller belongs, no later than one year after that complaint (articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code):
- mediator: [to be completed];
- website: [to be completed];
- address: [to be completed].
The Customer remains free to use mediation or not, and to accept or refuse the solution proposed by the mediator. The European online dispute resolution platform was closed on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228): for a cross-border dispute, the Customer may also contact the European Consumer Centre of his or her country (in France, the European Consumer Centre France).
14. Extended producer responsibility and take-back of used products
Pursuant to article L541-10-13 of the French Environmental Code, the Seller is registered in the register of producers under the following unique identifiers:
- [to be completed]
For electrical and electronic equipment, furniture, toys, sports and leisure articles and DIY and garden articles, the Customer can have the Seller take back, free of charge, used equipment of the same type as the one purchased: he or she writes to contact@aurine.shop to find out the take-back arrangements or the nearest collection point. Used products can also be dropped off at the collection points of the producer responsibility organisations.
15. Personal data
The Customer's data are processed by the Seller to manage the order and the customer relationship, in accordance with the privacy policy, which specifies the recipients, retention periods and the Customer's rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability). To exercise them: contact@aurine.shop.
16. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. This choice does not deprive consumers residing in another State of the protection afforded to them by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence. Consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence or of the place of delivery, or any other court with jurisdiction under the law.
17. Changes to the Terms
The Seller may amend the Terms at any time. The Terms applicable to an order are those accepted by the Customer when placing it (version dated at the top of the page): they are provided with the order confirmation and remain accessible from the customer account or on simple request.
